Relay is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead a sophisticated paid media program across search, social, publisher, CTV, and direct mail with a $2-3M monthly budget. You will optimize for approvals and LTV:CAC, balancing growth with unit economics.
You will own testing and optimization, manage vendor relationships, collaborate with Brand for creative direction, and use SQL and Metabase daily with data scientists on MMM to validate attribution.
