The Accounting Manager will utilize strong analytical skills to ensure compliance with ASPE regulations and enhance internal controls. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting and reporting for real estate projects
• Ensure timely completion of financial statements and investor reports
• Review bank reconciliations,



loan data, and bookkeeping entries
• Oversee tax compliance and government reporting
• Provide mentoring and training to accounting staff

Requirements:
• University degree in Accounting; CPA designation required
• Minimum of 5 years in accounting and financial management
• At least 1 year of management experience
• Solid knowledge of treasury operations and tax compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
