TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for " Salesforce Developer” Job Description This is a 10 month contract located in Toronto, ON/ Hybrid (2-3 days in-office (Monday, Wednesday)
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: Significant experience working within a Big 5 Bank or equivalent financial institution.
8+ years of Salesforce development experience with enterprise-scale implementations.
Extensive experience with: Service Cloud

Strong hands-on expertise in: Apex Development
SOQL/SOSL
Platform Events and Integration Patterns

Experience building and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated deployments, and DevOps practices.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and Jira-based project management.
Mandatory Certification: Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required)
Nice-To-Have Skills: Salesforce Platform Developer I
Salesforce Platform Developer II
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred
