Your Responsibilities

You'll lead the design and development of scalable software solutions that align with enterprise architecture and compliance standards.

You’ll define technical strategies,



evaluate solution feasibility, and guide development teams through complex technical decisions.

You’ll design and enhance automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and development tools to improve delivery quality and efficiency.

You’ll review code, establish development standards, and promote engineering best practices across teams.

You’ll troubleshoot complex production issues, maintain platform stability, and recommend long-term technical improvements.

You’ll provide technical leadership on software integrations, API design, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.

Skills and Qualifications

7+ years of progressive software development experience, including enterprise-scale applications and technical leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong expertise with version control systems, collaborative development workflows, and modern software engineering practices.

Advanced experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and DevOps processes.

Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, SDLC,



release management, and environment promotion strategies.

Proven experience designing microservices, RESTful APIs, software integrations, and scalable enterprise architectures.

Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction, mentor engineering teams, and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
