Cyclic Materials is seeking an Engineering Manager for Capital Projects to join our rapidly growing team. As a key player in the owner's team model, you will manage engineering activities and resources throughout various project phases from conception to execution. Your role will emphasize ensuring adherence to safety, technical, and budgetary standards while collaborating closely with both internal teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage engineering activities through all project phases.
• Oversee external engineering consulting partners and ensure deliverable quality.




• Coordinate engineering inputs with project development and execution plans.
• Lead design reviews, risk assessments, and project evaluations.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team for high-performance results.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Skilled Engineer designation required.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive engineering experience.
• Strong project delivery and engineering governance expertise.
• Familiarity with engineering codes and regulatory standards.
