Wage is $29.00 per hour, plus commission and may be scaled with relevant education and/or experience.
Duties and Responsibilities: Building and maintaining successful and motivated teams
Responsible for employee training with systems and procedures
Conducting weekly meetings, share, communicate, encourage participation
Conduct employee performance reviews / report to management
Maintain employee work schedules
Responsible for showroom cleanliness and overall appearance
Dealing with customer complaints and issues
Quarterback between homeowners/designers/installers/vendors & team mates




Create positive experiences & lasting relationships throughout the wholesale/retail
Essential: Completion of Grade 12
Minimum 2 years previous plumbing sales experience
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Sales driven and goal oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills and the ability to use a point-of-sale system
Ability to build relationships with customers
Excellent interpersonal skills
