As the Senior Roadway Design Engineer, you will manage and execute key components for major provincial and municipal projects. Your expertise is crucial in areas such as design reviews, technical report preparation, and quality control. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects and proactively engage in business development initiatives as well.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead roadway design from concept through completion
• Prepare and review technical and contract documents




• Conduct quality control on design models and plans
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and technologists
• Maintain robust client and internal project team relationships

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Skilled Engineer in Ontario
• Over 15 years of roadway design experience
• Proficient in Civil 3D and MicroStation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
