Kinetic Construction Ltd., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Director of Health, Safety, and Environment with over 10 years in HSE roles. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our HSE management system, promoting a safety-first culture, and ensuring regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvements. Your leadership will be crucial as you empower operational leaders to integrate health and safety in all processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute HSE strategy and leadership initiatives




• Promote operational excellence through safety culture improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Manage incidents and optimize risk management protocols
• Enhance and refine the HSE management system for better efficiency

Requirements:
• 5+ years in HSE leadership role
• 10+ years HSE experience
• Relevant post-secondary education
• CRSP or CSP certification preferred
• Strong knowledge in construction industry OHS
