Reporting to the Sr. Director, HR Technology & Employee Experience, you will own the design and enhancement of HR business processes across the employee lifecycle. Key skills include Lean Six Sigma methodologies and strong analytical abilities as you ensure processes are productive and impactful across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and standardize HR processes for scalability
• Lead HR process re-engineering using Lean and Six Sigma
• Manage the ServiceNow HRSD platform functional direction
• Maintain HR process maps and documentation accurately
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across HR

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in HR or related field
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
• 7–10 years of experience in HR operations
• Experience with Workday HCM and process design
• Strong leadership and communication skills
