As the Director at Serco Canada, you will manage public affairs, corporate communications, and stakeholder engagement. With 8-12 years in government relations or related fields, your role involves strategic outreach to government officials and industry stakeholders. You'll advise leadership on risks and opportunities, ensuring alignment across business units and compliance with lobbying regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop government relations strategy for growth and operational priorities
• Build relationships with Members of Parliament and provincial officials
• Monitor policy and legislative developments affecting Serco Canada




• Support executive participation in government meetings and forums
• Ensure compliance with lobbying registration requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy or a related field
• 8-12 years of experience in government relations or public affairs
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Canadian federal and provincial systems
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and political judgment

Communicate clearly and strategically to enhance Serco's visibility and influence in government relations.
