Job Title: Microsoft 365 Apps andServices Engineer
Duration: Full Time
Experience level: 8-20 years
We arelooking Microsoft 365 Apps and Services leverages deep expertise to leadtechnical conversations with customers to drive value from their MSinvestments. This role provides technical expertise to support customersmodernise their environment and move to cloud-based solutions.

Focused ondelivering proactive services such as education workshops, assessments andproviding expert guidance.

Required Skills & Capabilities
M365 productivity apps includingWord, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Bookings,OneDrive, Loop, Lists, Forms, Stream, Whiteboard, Sway, Designer, Clipchamp, ToDo, Planner, Project, M365 Copilot.

Deep understanding of Microsoft365 and its various apps and services, including deployment, integration, andadvanced configuration.

Track record of supportingcustomer digital transformation through proactive services, workshops, andtechnical assessments.

Fluent English oral and writtencommunication.

Strong technical writing,presentation and training skills.

Breadth of experience andknowledge across Microsoft 365.

The desire to upskill innew/additional technology areas.
