RBC is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Enablement Manager to drive digital product strategies and agile delivery for its HR technology platforms. You will own sprint planning, release readiness, and cross-domain dependencies while product owners retain roadmap decisions.
You will build delivery playbooks, mentor teams on agile practices, and partner with HRIT and product owners to ensure predictable delivery health and transparent governance across platforms.
