Job Summary The Transportation Analyst at McKesson Corporation plays a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness by analyzing transportation data, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting strategic transportation initiatives.
Job Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to transportation costs, carrier performance, delivery times, and other key logistics metrics.
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost savings and service level improvements within the transportation network.
Develop and maintain transportation reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, procurement, operations, IT) to implement transportation solutions and best practices.
Participate in projects aimed at improving transportation systems, processes, and technology.
Conduct root cause analysis for transportation issues and recommend corrective actions.
Stay informed of industry best practices, new technologies,



and regulatory changes impacting transportation.
Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience in transportation analysis, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Advanced skills in Power BI, DAX, SQL, Power Automate, IBM DB2/AS400 required.
Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and/or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Compensation We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation,



such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position $81,500 - $108,600
