is looking for a

Project Manager – Integrated Product Team (IPT)

to support the activities of one of our clients, a major player in the Canadian aerospace industry. You will act as a

strategic partner to the IPT lead

and actively contribute to driving projects by ensuring objectives are met regarding

deadlines, costs, quality, and performance . Your Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to the IPT lead in driving project objectives for

time, cost, quality, and performance ; Support decision-making based on operational needs and ensure issues are escalated when necessary; Establish, structure, and manage

IPT governance ; Develop, harmonize, and keep the roadmap up to date in support of the

Product Evolution Plan (PEP) ; Monitor internal and external project activities regarding deadlines, costs, quality, and performance; Develop, harmonize, and update

integrated project plans ; Identify, document, and integrate

lessons learned ; Ensure proactive management of

risks and opportunities ; Coordinate and communicate effectively with various program stakeholders; Contribute to the continuous improvement of project and program management practices. Profile Sought

Bachelor's degree in





project management, engineering , or a related field, or equivalent experience; Ideally

3 to 5 years of experience

in project or program management; Experience or technical knowledge in

aircraft development and commercial operations ; Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills; Leadership, autonomy, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment; Ability to manage multiple priorities and interact with various stakeholders; Fluency in

French and English , both oral and written; Advanced skills with the

Google Suite
