In this senior role, you will help develop compliance programs for both iA Auto and Home Insurance and Prysm General Insurance. You will work alongside the Sector Compliance Manager to manage regulatory risks and actively support the evolution of fellow advisors. This role prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and fostering qualified growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support implementation of regulatory risk management programs
• Contribute to compliance risk assessments and reporting activities
• Design indicators to identify non-compliance issues




• Advise business sectors on legal and regulatory risks
• Serve as a resource and represent the organization

Requirements:
• 7-10 years experience in insurance or financial services
• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Bar or Notary membership
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Advanced proficiency in French
• Knowledge of iAAH and Prysm sectors
