ADP Canada is looking for a Senior Sales Finance Business Partner to join our Sales Finance team. This is a high-impact opportunity for a driven finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and knows how to turn data into actionable business insights.

As a trusted partner to Sales and Finance Leadership, you’ll help shape decisions that drive revenue growth, improve sales performance, and strengthen forecasting and planning.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Sales Leaders on revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and business planning

Analyze sales productivity, attainment, conversion, and performance trends

Lead quota planning and support incentive compensation and commission analysis

Own sales reporting, dashboards, and executive-level business reviews

Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations

Identify risks and opportunities and proactively challenge assumptions

Drive improvements and automation across forecasting, reporting, and Sales Finance processes

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in Sales Finance, Revenue Finance, Commercial Finance, or Strategic FP&A; supporting a sales organization

Experience partnering directly with senior Sales Leaders

Strong hands-on experience with:

Revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis

Sales productivity and attainment reporting

Quota planning and target setting





Incentive compensation and commission analysis

Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial insights to sales performance

Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership

Advanced Excel skills; Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics experience

Finance/Accounting degree, CPA, or MBA is an asset
