Reporting to the AVP, Accounting & Controls, you will be a vital leader overseeing the Canadian ICOFR program. This role requires strong internal control expertise, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams. You'll drive control effectiveness while managing deficiency evaluations, remediation activities, and continuous improvement strategies to enhance financial reporting reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead governance for Canadian ICOFR program and control setting
• Oversee control design, assessment, and documentation




• Manage evaluation and remediation of control deficiencies
• Enhance processes for improved control ownership
• Build and lead high-performing teams through mentorship

Requirements:
• CPA designation is required
• Minimum 8 years of experience in internal controls or audit
• Strong knowledge of COSO and ICOFR frameworks
• Proven leadership in control optimization initiatives
• Exceptional stakeholder management and project management skills
