The successful candidate will report to the General Manager in Mississauga, ON, and will have full P&L; responsibility. This role combines leadership in marketing and sales with operational excellence. You will focus on driving continuous growth across industries such as pharma, food, and logistics, nurturing a culture of teamwork and commitment to execute strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and communicate a clear vision for the business area
• Develop and implement long-term business strategies
• Prepare annual plans with market assessments and budgets




• Review and adjust financial performance regularly
• Promote teamwork and career development

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred in engineering or business
• 7-12 years management experience across multiple functions
• 10-15 years leadership experience in sales or operations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
