Plasti-Fab, a Carlisle Company, is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our Calgary-area site. The role oversees safety, quality, delivery, cost, people and continuous improvement in a 24x7 operation.
You will partner with R&D;, Engineering, Technical Services, Sales, Customer Service and Logistics to drive KPIs and ISO compliance. A Bachelor's in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years of manufacturing leadership are required, with travel up to 15%.
