This permanent position seeks an experienced Director of HR and Operations to oversee various firm functions. You will manage HR processes, enhance technology systems, and ensure a cohesive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee firm’s HR and administrative functions
• Manage recruitment and employee onboarding processes
• Coordinate annual performance review meetings
• Chair and facilitate Directors’ and committee meetings




• Maintain and optimize physical facilities and equipment

Requirements:
• Minimum five years’ experience in firm management
• Preference for candidates from professional services
• Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and related tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
