As an FP&A; Manager, you will report directly to the VP of Finance, overseeing crucial forecasting and analysis for a quick-growing women’s wellness brand. You'll manage performance reporting across multiple channels including Amazon and TikTok Shop and own the demand planning process. This role requires proficiency in AI tools such as Claude, emphasizing an integrated approach to forecasting and reporting for optimal business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support annual profit and loss budgeting
• Contribute to long-range planning and scenario analyses




• Own board and investor reporting materials
• Manage revenue budgeting tool and optimize processes
• Analyze sell-through by channel and product

Requirements:
• 5–7 years of FP&A; experience, CPG preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong financial statement literacy
• Experience with demand planning across various channels
• Proven autonomy and self-QA mindset
