The University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management, is seeking an Associate Director within the Advancement team. You will manage a 100-130 prospect portfolio, aiming to generate $1M-$3M in philanthropic support per year, while leading Development staff toward strategic fundraising goals.
You will cultivate senior volunteers, develop engagement plans, and work with donors across a robust portfolio to advance Rotman’s mission and impact.
