Lycopodium seeks an experienced Principal Process Engineer to enhance our Process team in Mississauga, Ontario. Drive innovative process designs and create NI 43-101 compliant documentation as part of this pivotal role.

In this senior position, you'll report to the Manager of Process, focusing on delivering exact and professional process documentation. Your extensive background in mineral processing and engineering will support core engineering deliverables, including mass balances and P&IDs.; Collaborating with stakeholders, you will ensure operational success and regulatory compliance while managing process risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead NI 43-101 compliant process documentation
• Produce core engineering deliverables like flowsheets and operating costs




• Plan and execute metallurgical testwork programmes
• Manage process equipment tenders and evaluate vendor data
• Mentor team members and support continuous improvement

Requirements:
• 15+ years in mineral processing engineering roles
• 5+ years in operations or process plant environments
• Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
• Strong expertise in mineral processing tools
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
