Senior Program Manager to deliver multiple concurrent cybersecurity projects Our client is looking for an experienced IT Program/Project Manager to support a high-profile Cybersecurity Program consisting of three projects running in parallel .
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and driving the successful delivery of the program and its projects while ensuring alignment with corporate standards, methodologies, governance processes, timelines, and budgets.
6 month contract with the potential to extend.
Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite in NW Calgary
7 hours daily – 35 hours a week
Must Have:
Minimum 10 years of project management experience, preferably within complex IT environments.
PMP Certified
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
4+ years of recent experience managing cybersecurity improvement projects such as vulnerability management, remote access or disaster recovery planning.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, coordination, and delivery of the Cybersecurity Program and its three parallel projects within approved scope, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate activities, dependencies, risks, resources, and priorities across the projects within the program.
Ensure compliance with IT PMO methodology, internal policies, governance requirements, and solution delivery standards.
Develop and maintain required project documentation, including project charters, project management plans, change management plans, schedules, and project closeout documentation.
Coordinate solution delivery artifacts, including Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Security Assessments, business requirements, design documentation, and release documentation.
Prepare and maintain monthly project status reports, budget trackers, forecasts, and financial reconciliation documentation.
Proactively identify, manage,



and upscale project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
Lead or support organizational change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and training.
Collaborate with internal and external teams, including Supply Chain, FOIP, Legal, Strategic Communications, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Provide project management expertise, recommendations, and strategic input to IT leadership and key stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across all stakeholder levels, from executive sponsors to project team members.
Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and maintained in the official project repository.
