We are looking for a Cross Border Personal Tax Partner to lead and expand our Canada-U.S. cross-border personal tax practice. This individual will oversee a growing portfolio of Canadian and U.S.-based individual clients requiring cross-border tax compliance, planning, structuring, and advisory services.

What You Bring:

CPA (Canada and/or US)

10+ years of Canada-U.S. cross-border personal tax experience.

Strong expertise in cross-border compliance, planning, and advisory services.

Deep understanding of Canadian and U.S. personal tax and its interaction with Canadian and U.S. tax rules.

Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver practical cross-border solutions.

Experience leading teams, managing workflows, and scaling a growing practice.
