What will your typical day look like?
Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will set the direction for Early Talent Recruiting, lead a national team, and deliver measurable business outcomes. As a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, you will also help shape a connected, people-first, AI-enabled operating model with clear accountability and disciplined handoffs across recruiting delivery, programs, and operations.
