As a Field Lead with MEMS, you will manage and implement field programs, ensuring quality and safety during abandoned well site closures. With a mix of office and field responsibilities, you will coordinate contractor efforts, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to Alberta and BC’s reclamation criteria. Your expertise in reclamation practices will play an essential role in client satisfaction and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement comprehensive field programs
• Develop cost estimates and tailored work plans




• Ensure safety and quality during field operations
• Compile project documentation and verify field data
• Mentor staff in field execution and documentation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in reclamation or soil science
• Minimum five years in site assessment and reclamation
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and practices
• Valid Class 5 Drivers license and site access clearance
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
