What You'll Do

Serve as the functional lead for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, including supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, and executive planning reviews

Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization across the planning landscape

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions within SAP IBP

Collaborate with IT and internal stakeholders to configure, test, and support planning system enhancements, including user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities

Develop and maintain key planning metrics, dashboards, reports, and performance analytics

Monitor inventory health, service levels, and other key performance indicators while identifying root causes of performance gaps

Support monthly S&OP;/IBP cycles by ensuring data integrity, process adherence, and timely delivery of planning outputs

Champion the use of SAP- IBP and ensure master data integrity and support governance processes related to planning systems

Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving planning effectiveness, visibility, and organizational alignment





Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts and planning team members on best practices and system utilization

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of related experience required, preferably in industry

Strong understanding of planning processes, including supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP;/IBP

Experience supporting SAP IBP and SAP applications

Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions

Advanced analytical and problem solving skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed organizations
