As an Accounting Manager, you will report to the Operations Manager and guide the finance team in managing financial accounting, reporting, and internal controls. Your expertise will support strategic decisions while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry standards. This role focuses on leadership, enhancing operational efficiency, and managing financial performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all accounting operations, including AP, AR, and GL
• Manage financial close processes and prepare accurate statements




• Analyze financial results and recommend corrective actions
• Oversee inventory valuation and cost accounting
• Develop annual budgets and forecasts for operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 8+ years of accounting experience, 3+ in leadership
• Manufacturing or food processing experience required
• Solid knowledge of Canadian GAAP and IFRS
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred
