Fidelity Canada is seeking a hybrid leader to manage client onboarding and servicing while mentoring a team of associates. You will support advisors, resolve escalated issues, and ensure a seamless client experience across onboarding and ongoing service.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in wealth management, solid leadership, and a solid knowledge of processes, risk and regulatory requirements, with bilingual English/French being an asset.
