TEEMA seeks an experienced Organizational Change Manager to support enterprise-wide IT transformation in the energy sector. This in office Regina, Saskatchewan role is an initial contract through March 31, 2028, with potential for extensions.
You will lead OCM activities using Prosci/ADKAR, assess impacts and readiness, and develop deliverables across communications, training, sponsor engagement, and resistance management while partnering with project teams to embed change into plans.
