As part of Relay's Talent Enablement Team, you'll partner with leadership to enhance coaching programs and support employee development. Your mission includes fostering meaningful change and measurable growth through tailored coaching for individuals and groups. Help maximize manager effectiveness while addressing integration needs of recent team members through comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate individual and group coaching sessions
• Develop programs that enhance leadership skills
• Assist with onboarding and integrating new team members
• Identify development needs in collaboration with business units
• Deliver insights to improve employee engagement
Requirements:
• ICF Coaching Certification and 5+ years of coaching experience
• Advanced degree in psychology or related field
• Proficiency in psychometrics assessment tools
• Understanding of adult learning principles
• Ability to create engaging workshop content
