Located just north of Victoria, SPH is a 65-bed facility serving a diverse community of 87,000. You will care for high acuity, palliative, rehabilitation, and dementia patients, with opportunities to work in the emergency department if desired.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide inpatient care to diverse patient populations
• Develop individualized care plans for high acuity patients




• Collaborate with an effective interdisciplinary team
• Support palliative and end-of-life care needs
• Mentor and onboard current team members

Requirements:
• Experience in Family Medicine preferred
• Interest in palliative care is a plus
• Availability for at least six weeks per year
• Commitment to community health values
