Laurentis Energy Partners seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with the People & Culture team in Oakville. You will advise leaders on complex employee relations, performance management, and leave processes, while supporting labour relations and workforce planning.
The role requires 8–10 years in HR, experience with unionized environments, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR management; CHRL designation is an asset. Regular, full time employment located in the GTA.
