Systematix is currently seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager for our client, a major provincial energy utility organization, to lead organizational change management activities supporting enterprise business initiatives and IT projects.
The role will work closely with project managers, business leads and sponsors to assess organizational impacts, prepare stakeholders for change, and develop and execute change management strategies and deliverables.
