In this impactful role, you will work directly under the Senior Manager of NA Ops Legal, addressing a variety of legal matters related to Amazon's fleet, including vehicle procurement, technology licensing, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with business leaders to identify risks and provide actionable guidance that enhances operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and fleet contracts
• Advise on legal matters including data privacy and IP rights




• Manage outside counsel and oversee budget allocations
• Support cross-functional teams in fleet operations
• Develop templates and playbooks for efficiency

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor with state bar membership
• 5+ years of legal experience post-bar admission
• Knowledge of AI ethical considerations in legal contexts
• Experience in transactional and technology licensing
