Elevate employee safety at Calgary Stampede as a Casual Part-Time Administrative Assistant. You'll manage WCB claims, support onboarding, and promote safety initiatives in a vibrant community setting.

As a key member of the Employee Health & Safety team, you'll assist the Occupational Health & Safety Advisor and Director. This part-time role, requiring 30-35 hours weekly, emphasizes organization and proactivity in safety-related tasks. Your efforts will directly contribute to a safer workplace during events, especially during the annual Calgary Stampede.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and publish compliance training records during onboarding
• Coordinate training requirements with People Leaders
• Prepare and manage WCB claims and support employees
• File hazard reports,



incident documents, and inspection records
• Promote safety culture emphasizing recent worker safety

Requirements:
• Previous office experience in a professional environment
• Familiarity with HRIS and safety reporting software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook essential
• Advanced Excel skills for training report management

Support employee safety through meticulous administration and a proactive approach at Calgary Stampede.
