Join the Fraser Health Trauma Network as a full time Trauma Physician at ARHCC in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Lead trauma consultations and patient care in a community-focused hospital.

This full time role includes serving as Trauma Team Lead for activations and providing expert consultations. As the MRP for admitted patients, the successful candidate will be on-call 24/7 for seven days every two months, with in office hours during the day. Collaborate with a dedicated team of trauma physicians, including emergency room specialists, to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead trauma consultations and activations swiftly
• Manage admitted patients as the MRP
• Collaborate with emergency room and surgical teams
• Participate in on-call shifts,



both onsite and at home
• Promote a culture of respect and teamwork

Requirements:
• Fellowship in Trauma or Acute Care Surgery (preferred)
• Experience as an emergency physician, intensivist, or surgeon
• Willingness to work collaboratively with diverse medical colleagues
• Ability to provide excellent trauma patient care
• Commitment to inclusive and equitable practices
