As an Accountant reporting to the Chief Accountant, your role will focus on supporting financial data analysis and optimizing financial systems. Key to this position is your proactive approach to month-end close processes and cost analysis, alongside mentoring department heads on financial performance. You'll play an essential part in fostering a culture of financial accuracy and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and adhere to safety protocols
• Assist in month-end asset and expense entries




• Conduct cost analyses to identify efficiencies
• Mentor department heads on financial performance
• Support budget and forecast preparations

Requirements:
• BBA/BCOMM in Accounting or on CPA pathway
• Experience in operational accounting, mining preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
