In this role, you will support the HR team by managing payroll, safety initiatives, and implementing various HR programs. You will act as a point of contact for employee concerns and training efforts while ensuring that HR practices meet current labor laws. Your responsibilities also include overseeing compensation and advantages while keeping managerial staff informed of compliance measures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate HR policies to internal teams
• Conduct onboarding and maintain job descriptions




• Support managers during reviews and disciplinary actions
• Manage HR analytics and reporting tools
• Oversee the Health and Safety program
Requirements:
• Relevant HR degree with 3-5 years' experience
• Knowledge of employment law and investigations
• JHSC Certification preferred
• Highly organized with attention to detail
