Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and assess project status continuously
• Develop project protocols in collaboration with the National Director
• Lead research site personnel to meet compliance and timelines
• Analyze risks and communicate alterations effectively
• Ensure operational documentation is comprehensive and accurate
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field
• Four years of clinical trial experience required
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
