Lead the Early Talent Recruitment strategy at Deloitte with a national focus. We're looking for a Senior Manager for a 12-14 month term in a hybrid work workplace.

As part of Deloitte's Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, you’ll guide the early talent recruitment process and collaborate with a national team to achieve substantial business outcomes. Your role will also innovate an AI-enabled operating model that promotes accountability and collaboration across recruitment programs and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the national Early Talent recruiting strategy
• Lead and mentor a national recruitment team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align recruiting efforts




• Analyze metrics to measure success and drive improvement
• Advocate for a people-first culture in recruiting practices

Requirements:
• Proven experience in recruitment strategy development
• Strong leadership skills with team management experience
• Familiarity with AI and recruiting technologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Minimum 5 years in a senior recruitment role
