As a Final Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the production of our patented hardshell backpack. This position requires at least one year of experience in assembling consumer products. Key tasks include assessing components, conducting inspections, and working both supervised and unsupervised in a facility located in Vaughan, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document component quality
• Maintain inventory accuracy and availability
• Assemble components using hand and power tools
• Conduct first-piece checks and record production counts
• Package products for shipping and print labels

Requirements:
• Attention to detail in product assembly
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1-year experience in assembly
• Experience with plastics, fasteners, adhesives, and fabrics
• Valid driver’s license and basic English skills
