Become an integral part of MaintainX's success as a Bilingual Enterprise Implementation Consultant. In this hybrid position, you'll collaborate with enterprise clients to ensure exceptional software implementations and customer onboarding.

As a key player at MaintainX, you will manage complex, multi-phase implementations in both English and Spanish. You will engage with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, maximize value, and provide an outstanding onboarding experience for clients. Your expertise will guide clients while ensuring end-user satisfaction and alignment with their business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multi-phase enterprise software implementations.
• Lead client communications throughout the implementation lifecycle.




• Deliver formal training to client project teams and end-users.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams during onboarding.
• Track and resolve client issues proactively.

Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Relevant experience in software implementation or customer onboarding.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BEng degree or equivalent experience.
