About the Role Our client is seeking a proactive and strategic Management Consultant to advise businesses on Strategy & Growth initiatives within the Northern Cape province, based in Kimberley . This role involves partnering with clients to identify new opportunities, develop growth strategies, and enhance their competitive positioning in the market. You will conduct in-depth market analysis, assess business models, and develop actionable plans to drive sustainable growth and profitability. This hybrid role allows for flexibility while ensuring close collaboration with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Develop strategic plans for market expansion, product development, and customer acquisition.
Assess current business models and recommend strategic adjustments to enhance performance and profitability.
Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with clients to implement growth strategies and monitor their effectiveness.




Present strategic recommendations and findings to senior leadership teams.
Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a significant advantage.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or corporate development.
Proven ability to develop and articulate effective growth strategies.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with robust presentation capabilities.
Experience in project management and working with diverse client groups.
