Job Summary
Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, Project Management Office (PMO), the Sr. PMO Project Manager will be assigned to product delivery initiatives, special projects, process improvement activities, creative services coordination, documentation or operational readiness efforts, or other business priorities based on organizational needs. The role provides flexible project management capacity while ensuring functional teams remain accountable for their respective deliverables, technical decisions, approvals, and business ownership.

Define and maintain clear project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and expected outcomes.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action trackers, RAID logs, status updates, and related project documentation.

Monitor project progress and drive follow-up with stakeholders to maintain visibility, accountability, and delivery momentum.

Support resolution of blockers and escalates risks or issues with clear facts, options, recommendations, and recovery actions.

Project Planning and Delivery

Lead and coordinate assigned projects from initiation through execution, launch readiness, sustainment, or closure.

Define and maintain clear project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and expected outcomes.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action trackers, RAID logs, status updates, and related project documentation.

Monitor project progress and drive follow-up with stakeholders to maintain visibility, accountability, and delivery momentum.

Support resolution of blockers and escalates risks or issues with clear facts, options, recommendations, and recovery actions.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Facilitate alignment across Product Management, Game Studios, Engineering, QA, Compliance, Manufacturing, Commercial, Operations, Creative Services, and other teams as required.

Coordinate project meetings, planning sessions, milestone reviews, readiness discussions, and follow-up activities.

Clarify owners, deliverables, timelines, handoffs, approvals, and decisions across functional teams.

Coordinate priorities and dependencies with functional leaders to support delivery commitments and improve visibility into capacity constraints.

Help teams maintain focus on agreed outcomes while ensuring functional areas retain ownership of their respective deliverables and decisions.

Governance and Lifecycle Support

Support project progression through established lifecycle phases, governance reviews, readiness assessments, and stage-gate activities.

Apply and promote PMO standards, templates, governance practices, and project management best practices across assigned initiatives.

Support product lifecycle activities including planning, development, testing, certification support, commercialization readiness, sustainment, and product sunset when applicable.

Coordinate supporting activities related to documentation, operational readiness, creative services coordination, process improvement, and special projects as assigned.

Ensure required deliverables, approvals, documentation, handoffs, and decisions are tracked and followed up within agreed timelines.





Reporting and Stakeholder Management

Provide regular project updates, executive summaries, dashboards, delivery forecasts, and status reports to stakeholders, leadership, and the PMO.

Communicate project health, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

Facilitate stakeholder alignment and support decision-making by documenting rationale, action items, owners, and follow-up.

Escalate critical delivery concerns through the appropriate governance or leadership channels.

PMO Continuous Improvement

Support adoption of PMO standards, metrics, templates, tools, and reporting practices.

Facilitate lessons learned, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities to improve project execution and delivery predictability.

Support organizational change, process adoption, and cross-functional alignment related to new workflows, tools, standards, or business practices.

Contribute to PMO maturity by identifying opportunities to improve visibility, accountability, governance, and delivery performance.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Skills And Experience
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

5+ years of project management, project coordination, delivery management, operations, or product development experience.

Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a technology, software, hardware, gaming, manufacturing, creative production, or product development environment.

Robust knowledge of project management methodologies, governance practices, tools, templates, and reporting standards.

Experience managing schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, action items, stakeholder communications, and project reporting.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with evolving priorities, competing deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex information into clear plans, actions, and communications.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.

Ability to work effectively with technical, creative, operational, compliance, commercial, and leadership stakeholders.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common project management or collaboration tools such as Teams, Jira, Easy Redmine, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the casino gaming, entertainment technology, video game, software, hardware, or regulated product environment.

Experience supporting Stage-Gate, NPDI, Product Lifecycle Management, commercialization, or operational readiness frameworks.

Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.

PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.

Experience supporting certification, manufacturing readiness, documentation coordination, product launch, sustainment, or product sunset activities.

Experience working with globally distributed engineering, product, creative, or operational teams.

Relevant du Gestionnaire de la livraison des projets, Bureau de gestion de projet (PMO), le ou la gestionnaire de projet sera affecté(e) à diverses tâches, selon les besoins organisationnels : initiatives de livraison de produits, projets spéciaux, activités d’amélioration continue, coordination des services créatifs, efforts de documentation ou de préparation opérationnelle et autres priorités de l’entreprise. Le rôle permet de fournir un soutien flexible en gestion de projet, tout en veillant à ce que les équipes fonctionnelles conservent la responsabilité de leurs livrables, de leurs décisions techniques, de leurs approbations et de leurs engagements opérationnels respectifs.

Responsabilités Principales

Diriger et coordonner les projets attribués, de leur initialisation jusqu’à leur exécution, incluant la préparation au lancement, le maintien en exploitation ou la fermeture.

Définir et tenir à jour une portée, des objectifs, des échéanciers, des jalons, des dépendances, des risques, des enjeux et des résultats attendus clairs pour chaque projet.

Élaborer et tenir à jour les plans de projet, échéanciers, registres des actions de suivi, registres RAID, mises à jour d’état ainsi que la documentation de projet connexe.

Surveiller l’avancement des projets
