Become a Learning Specialist with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Ontario, focused on enhancing mental health training in a hybrid setting based in Toronto. Your role is crucial in adapting programs to meet the needs of Ontario's workforce.
This experienced-level contract position emphasizes the development of workplace mental health resources while adapting existing curricula. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with trainers and project partners to implement cutting-edge solutions and deliver impactful training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Revise workplace mental health training materials for effectiveness • Develop resources and support online learning opportunities • Facilitate quality assurance of all educational content • Coordinate French translation initiatives with external vendors • Implement customized workshops for various clients
Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in adult curriculum development • Background in mental health, healthcare, or workplace wellness • Robust verbal and written communication skills • Familiarity with anti-racism and accessibility practices • Project management experience is a plus
