Apply classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions
Perform lash lifts and lash tinting
Perform brow shaping, tinting, and lamination
Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate services
Maintain accurate client records and service notes
Follow all sanitation, disinfection, and infection control protocols
Manage appointment scheduling and timing to maintain an efficient book
Requirements Certification in eyelash extension application (classic, hybrid, and volume techniques)
Certification in brow services, including lamination
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a skilled lash and brow setting
Working knowledge of sanitation and infection control standards for esthetics services
Strong attention to detail and consistency in technique
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full, set schedule
