In this regular full-time role, you will address various inquiries from clients and internal partners regarding CUMIS Individual Life and Payment Protection products. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and French is essential for success. This agile position requires critical thinking and problem-solving to meet client needs while exceeding productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and mail from clients and partners
• Support sales and lifecycle management of payment protection products
• Identify and address complaints to enhance customer retention




• Process policy changes as per client requests promptly
• Contribute to department evolution through continuing education

Requirements:
• Secondary education with 2-5 years in customer service
• Fluently bilingual in English and French
• Familiarity with LOMA 280, LOMA 290 & ACS 100 is an asset
• Strong communication skills for client interactions
• Availability for rotational shifts outside standard hours
