Chester Basin Animal Hospital seeks a registered Veterinary Technician or Technologist for full-time or part-time roles. Collaborate with our agile team to deliver exceptional small-animal care.

This position welcomes experienced technicians and new graduates looking to make an impact in animal health. Daily responsibilities include clinical assistance, patient care, and educating clients on treatments. Our ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in anesthesia, surgical procedures, and compassionate client support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures
• Maintain IV catheters and administer prescribed treatments
• Collect and process laboratory samples for testing




• Educate clients on pet care and preventative measures
• Support team training for new Veterinary Assistants

Requirements:
• Completion of Veterinary Technician program required
• Experience in a veterinary setting preferred
• Strong technical skills in anesthesia and patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional education
